Resetting password
In case a user has forgotten his password and seek out your help, you can go to User Admin under the Admin menu in the navigation bar。
From here you can locate the user in the user list.
Clicking on the corresponding "Edit" button will bring you to the user details page.
You can key in the new password in both the password and verify password fields to facilitate the change.
Remember to note down the new password so that you can inform the user.
Changing nickname
As you have notice, other than changing the password, you can also change the nickname for the use here.
