Giving feedback to others

This system encourage interaction between members by allowing members to solicit and to receive feedback from each others.

Rate the Article

If a member is logged in, he will be able to see three face icons at the bottom left of the page.

From left to right, the faces means: "It works!", "Works somewhat..." and "It doesn't work!"

If the member has not rated the page, the faces will all be white.

Otherwise, the rating the member has given previously will be reflected by a yellow face.

To submit a rating or change the rating, simply click on one of the three faces.

The total count of each ratings of an article is displayed top right of the page.

A member can also choose to leave his comment on the page in the boxes next to the rating section.

If the member has previously left any comments, he will see his comments here.

He can at amend his comments anytime and click on "Save Comments" to have it updated.

To view the individuals' comments and ratings, you can click on the "View Comments" button at the top of the page.

If the user has only given comments, the face will be grey out.

If the user has only rated the article, the comments section will be empty.
